This is what happens when I doodle.
Character expression is all in the eyes. And sometimes its hard to get the right eyes for the right character.
I used to spend my days trying to find the right eyes to draw all the time. The same eyes on everyone. They needed to work and be easy to replicate. But the more I tried to unify the eye, the more it varied on me. Some had certain advantages over others. And after a while I just had to except that, no two eyes are the same.
Or Equal...
Do yourself a favour. Go back through the blog and check out all the characters whose eyes you can see. You'll see a some variety in them. (not a lot, just some)...
